Pulls and stacks product accurately based on daily orders.Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.Keeps products separated, organized, and in good rotation.Packing incoming stock away, taking inventory and reporting shortages.Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues.Operates various pieces of equipment (i.e Floor ladder, stools).Reports any mechanical problems.Utilizes continuous-improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.Follows Good Manufacturing Practices and required work-safe practices.Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.Performs other duties as assigned.

Packer Qualifications/Skills:
A keen eye for detailStrong organization skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient with using software and tools required for this positionScanning and sorting incoming and outgoing stockReceiving, stocking, and stackingPulling, packing, and loadingAbility to lift in excess of 50 poundsAbility to climb a ladder and use a step stool
Requirements:
Six months of packer or customer service experience preferred
