We are seeking dependable Picker/Pullers with experience pulling orders, using RF scanners, and maintaining inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Pay:$19.25/hr

Schedule:Monday – Friday, 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM(Overtime, when available, is worked at the end of the shift.)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Picker/Puller to accurately pick, pull, stage, and stock materials in a busy distribution center. This position is responsible for fulfilling customer orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting shipping and receiving operations while working in a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pull customer orders using pick tickets or RF scanners
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and product accuracy before staging shipments
• Stock incoming inventory and replenish warehouse locations
• Prepare materials for shipping by palletizing, wrapping, labeling, and staging orders
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment (5S)
• Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1+ year of warehouse, distribution center, or material handling experience required
• Experience picking and pulling orders required
• Experience using RF scanners required
• Forklift experience (Sit-Down, Reach Truck, or Electric Pallet Jack) preferred
• Experience handling industrial, manufacturing, or oil & gas components preferred
• Ability to accurately identify part numbers and product descriptions
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow written work instructions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Stable work history with verifiable references
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
