FULL DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker / Putaway Associate to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment in Redlands. This role is responsible for accurately receiving, storing, and organizing incoming product, as well as supporting outbound shipping activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stage, and store product
- Put away incoming inventory from containers into designated warehouse locations
- Consolidate inventory as needed to maximize space and maintain organization
- Assist with loading trucks for outbound shipments
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when handling product and inventory
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines
- Communicate effectively in English with team members and supervisors
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including work at elevated heights when required
The selected candidate will also possess:
- Ability to remain on your feet and active throughout the entire shift
- Frequent lifting, carrying, and moving of materials up to 50 lbs.
- Work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment, including exposure to heat and cold
- Comfortable performing repetitive warehouse tasks in a fast-paced setting
