Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable Picker / Warehouse Associate to accurately pick, stage, and move materials throughout the warehouse to support production and shipping operations. This position requires hands-on experience operating both high-reach and sit-down forklifts.
Key Responsibilities- Pick and locate materials according to work orders, pick lists, and production needs.
- Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track materials and inventory.
- Operate high-reach and sit-down forklifts to safely move, load, unload, and stage materials.
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and lot numbers for accuracy.
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including inspecting incoming materials for damage or discrepancies.
- Complete shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation accurately.
- Properly stack, wrap, and secure materials.
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report any equipment issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications- Required: High-reach forklift experience
- Required: Sit-down forklift experience
- Previous warehouse, picking, or material-handling experience.
- Forklift certification preferred.
- Experience with RF scanners preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- High school diploma/GED.
Schedule:
1st Shift (1 opening): Monday-Thursday 7:00AM-4:15PM, Friday 7:00AM-12:00PM
2nd Shift (2 openings): Monday-Thursday 4:30PM-3:00AM (includes $1 shift differential)
Pay: $22-24/hr
