Warehouse Picker
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:PM, training includes initial 1st shift for 2–4 weeks)
Location: Warsaw, IN
Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Pickers to join a fast-paced warehouse team. This role is responsible for accurately selecting, handling, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and stage products based on order requirements
- Operate warehouse equipment including stock pickers and reach trucks
- Verify product accuracy and report discrepancies when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
- Support daily production goals and workflow
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience operating a reach truck and/or stock picker
- Ability to learn and safely operate equipment after onsite training
- Ability to stand, lift, and move materials as needed
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
