Location: 766 Brackbill Rd, Gap, PA 17527

Pay Rate: $16.00–$17.00 per hour

FOCUS Workforce Management is hiring Warehouse Picking Associates.
Picking Associates are responsible for locating, selecting, and preparing products for customer orders while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and safety standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Job Responsibilities
Pick products from designated warehouse locations according to customer orders.
Accurately scan and verify products using warehouse equipment.
Ensure orders are picked correctly and efficiently.
Follow safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Meet productivity and attendance expectations.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
Perform additional warehouse duties and cross-training as needed based on operational requirements.
Available Work Schedules

1st Shift – 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Sunday – Wednesday
Wednesday – Saturday
Monday – Thursday
Tuesday – Friday
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday

2nd Shift – 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM
Monday – Thursday

Qualifications
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Willingness to work as part of a team.
