Warehouse Picker/Packer – 1st Shift | $18.00/hr | Newbury, OHInova Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Picker/Packer for one of our valued clients in Newbury, Ohio!   • 1st Shift
  • Monday–Friday
  • Pay: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery
  • Organize and maintain warehouse inventory
  • Load and unload products as needed
  • Lift and move materials weighing 50–60 pounds
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
  • Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required
  • Forklift experience is a plus, but training will be provided
  • Ability to lift 50–60 pounds throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Dependable with a positive work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
