Job Title: Picking & Packing Associate (Temp‑to‑Hire)

Atlantic Avenue near Highwoods Boulevard

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Pay:

$16.00 per hour - Weekly Pay

Job Description:

We are seeking reliable and motivated Picking & Packing Associates to support our operations during the busy summer season. This position requires being on your feet and moving throughout the day while accurately picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment.

Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack products accurately and efficiently according to order specifications
• Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring correct labeling and packaging
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
• Stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for the full shift
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards

Requirements:

• Ability to stand and move for the entirety of the shift
• Strong attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Must pass a criminal background check
