Description: Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pull orders by hand based on order specifications.
- Utilize RF scan guns to locate and track inventory items.
- Verify items picked match order requirements, including quantity and product type.
- Prepare items for packing and ensure they are ready for shipment.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in the picking and packing areas.
- Assist in inventory management by reporting discrepancies or damaged goods.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures while handling products and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to operate RF scan guns or similar inventory tracking tools.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in picking and packing orders.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items throughout the shift.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory systems is a plus.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and workplace policies.
