Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring that all items are picked, packed, and shipped in a timely manner. This role is crucial in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting the overall efficiency of our warehouse operations.

Duties

Accurately pick orders based on customer specifications using handheld scanners or pick lists.

Ensure that all products are handled with care to prevent damage during the picking process.

Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring that all packaging meets company standards.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are accurate and report discrepancies as needed.

Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating warehouse equipment.

Skills

Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Basic math skills for counting and inventory management.

Familiarity with warehouse management systems or order picking technology is a plus.

Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork.

Physical stamina to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
