Pay: $19.25
Schedule: 11am to 9:30pm Monday through Thursday

Join our team as a Pickle Room Operator and become an essential part of our manufacturing process. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for loading and unloading materials, cleaning and processing parts, moving products throughout the facility, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Required Skills:

• Ability to load and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Experience moving materials throughout a manufacturing environment
• Forklift operating experience
• Commitment to following all safety procedures and wearing required PPE
• Ability to clean and maintain production equipment and work areas
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred

Other Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Comfortable working around industrial equipment and chemical processing areas
• Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
