Job Summary
We are seeking an outgoing and energetic Pickleball Coach to join our team! As a Coach, you will design and lead skill-appropriate practices and drills, offer guidance and mentorship, and assist with team administration. If you have a Pickleball or coaching background and want to make a real difference in the lives of this big Pickleball community, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Follow age-appropriate workouts focusing on technique, endurance, skill development, and drills.
- Lead structured practices
- Provide positive feedback, guidance, and encouragement
- Individualize practices to suit each player's level
- Good ommunication
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Assist with all administrative matters relating to the team
Qualifications
- Previous experience coaching Pickleball
- Comfortable with speaking to players
- Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred but not required
- First aid and CPR-certified
- Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
