Pay & Benefits
Pay Rate: $75.00/hour plus 11 Federal holidays for a blended rate of $78/hr not included the additional H&W benefits
Benefits:
Weekly pay via direct deposit
11 paid holidays- $3.00/hr for every hour worked up to 40 hours/week

What Youll Do
Provide age-specific critical care nursing for pediatric patients with complex medical and surgical conditions.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care; monitor and document patient responses.
Administer medications and treatments via IV, oral, subcutaneous, transdermal, rectal, and intramuscular routes.
Manage patients requiring hemodynamic monitoring and vasopressor titration.
Support high-risk procedures and infection control protocols.
Assist physicians during treatments and exams; verify orders and ensure accurate documentation.
Operate emergency equipment (defibrillator, EKG, cardiac monitor) and initiate life-saving measures when necessary.
Educate patients and families; support discharge planning and multidisciplinary team conferences.
What You Need
Required
Degree in Nursing from an approved nursing program
Current, valid, unrestricted RN license in one of the 50 US states and/or territories
Certifications: BLS,ACLS, and PALS
1 year qualifying RN experience in the PICU

Work in a Pediatric Intensive Care (PICU) setting providing labor-intensive, critical care nursing, including advanced monitoring, emergency response, complex documentation, and coordination with the charge nurse and medical team.
