Position: Machine Operator (Temp-to-Hire)

Pay Progression: Pay increases at 3, 6, 12, 18, and 24 months

Job Summary

HTI is hiring Machine Operators for Pierburg in Fountain Inn, SC. These are temp-to-hire manufacturing positions with consistent schedules, weekly pay, and opportunities for overtime.

What You’ll Do

As a Machine Operator, you will:

• Operate production machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Load raw materials and monitor machine performance during operation
• Perform routine quality checks on finished products
• Make basic machine adjustments as needed
• Document production output and report issues to leadership
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete other duties as assigned

Schedule & Pay

Weekday – 1st Shift (Monday–Thursday) — $19.06/hr

• 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Weekday – 3rd Shift (Monday–Thursday) — $20.31/hr

• 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Weekend – 1st Shift (Friday–Sunday) — $21.95/hr

• 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Requirements (Minimum Qualifications)

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and focus on safety
• Reliable attendance and stable work history
• Must be able to understand and respond to visual/audible notifications unless otherwise stated by the client
