The role involves product development of pigment and thickening formulations for composites used in construction, automotive, recreation, and infrastructure.
Responsibilities include hands-on formulation, compounding, molding, supporting laboratory work, equipment maintenance, and technical report writing.
Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills are essential.
Desired skills include weathering testing, physical property analysis, creativity, and problem-solving.
The position offers a salary range of $75,000-$110,000 + 10% bonus, benefits, relocation assistance, and minimal travel.
