Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour (varies based on schedule and experience).

Spine & Sport Physical Therapy is seeking an energetic and passionate Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity for an instructor who enjoys working with clients transitioning from physical therapy to Pilates, helping them build strength, mobility, and confidence.

About the Role:

• Lead group Pilates classes (up to 8 participants) and provide one-on-one private sessions in a supportive, professional environment.
• Modify and progress exercises based on individual client needs, ensuring a safe and effective experience.
• Foster a positive, friendly atmosphere that encourages clients to reach their goals.
• Maintain punctuality and professionalism, upholding the high standards of Spine & Sport.

What We’re Looking For:

• Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor (required).

About the Role

Duties & Responsibilities

• Teach reformer classes (up to 8 participants) and 1:1 sessions
• Modify and progress exercises for all fitness levels and recovery stages
• Create a welcoming, positive, and motivating class environment
• Represent our clinic with professionalism and reliability
