Job Title: Pilates Instructor (Part-Time) Salary Range: $30 - $50 per hour Location: Club Pilates Simi Valley, 2955 Cochran St #B201, Simi Valley, CA 93065 Introduction: As a Pilates Instructor at Club Pilates Simi Valley, you will play a vital role in promoting the physical and mental well-being of our members. Your expertise in Pilates will help clients achieve their fitness goals in a supportive and encouraging environment. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct engaging and effective Pilates classes for various skill levels, focusing on form, technique, and safety. - Design and implement personalized workout plans tailored to individual member needs and goals. - Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere. - Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring all equipment is in good condition. - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and contribute to the team’s success. - Promote membership packages and additional services to potential and existing members. Required Qualifications and Skills: - Certification in Pilates instruction from a recognized program (e.g., STOTT, BASI, or similar). - Strong knowledge of human anatomy and the principles of Pilates. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping others. - Ability to adapt classes to meet the needs of diverse participants. - Prior experience in a fitness or wellness setting is preferred but not mandatory. Preferred Experience: - Experience teaching group classes and one-on-one sessions. - Background in fitness coaching or physical therapy is a plus.
