Job Title: Pillow Packer
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour
Position Summary:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Pillow Packers. This position is responsible for efficiently packing finished products while maintaining quality standards and following all plant procedures. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and remain consistent throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check BOR (Bill of Requirements) for the correct box type for each order
- Assemble boxes as needed
- Close and tape boxes securely
- Apply correct box labels
- Place pillows into boxes according to order requirements
- Tape boxes closed and prepare for shipment
- Place completed boxes onto the conveyor system
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all plant policies, safety rules, and job procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management or supervisors
- Be available for overtime and weekend work as needed
Qualifications:
- Basic literacy skills required
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a repetitive, fast-paced environment
