We have been operating for over 25 years and have built a stable, long-term platform for both our clients and pilots. Most of our pilots are home-based and we airline to/from the aircraft for each rotation.
We offer real mobility across the fleet, with a clear path into larger cabin aircraft. There is also opportunity to move into Part 91 accounts, check airman roles, and other leadership positions. You're not locked into one seat or one type unless you want to be.
Total compensation is $200,000+, along with full benefits (401k match, medical, dental, etc.) and a consistent 12/8 schedule.
If you're a qualified Captain on a similar or smaller aircraft and looking for something stable with real upside beyond just sitting in one seat, let's connect.
