Manus works across industries and value chains to accelerate the transition to BioAlternatives — better performing and more sustainable versions of complex molecules traditionally sourced from plants, animals, or fossil fuels. Our platform bridges the Valley of Death between lab and manufacturing more efficiently and reliably, delivering the benefits of biomanufacturing today.
We are looking for a motivated and curious individual to join our Augusta, GA pilot plant team as a Pilot Plant Operator Apprentice. This is a structured, hands-on learning role designed for candidates who are early in their careers or transitioning into bioprocessing. You will receive direct mentorship from experienced operators and process development engineers as you build skills in fermentation and downstream processing operations.
You don't need to know everything on day one — you need a strong work ethic, a safety-first mindset, and a genuine interest in learning how cutting-edge biotechnology is turned into real products.
