Work site: Chicago, IL (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:
**Role**

- Act as the onshore coordination link between client stakeholders and offshore delivery teams
- Enable effective communication, prioritization, and tracking of technical discussions
- Support delivery governance without owning technical decisions or architecture

**Skillset**

- Strong functional and technical understanding of PIM P360 platform (PIM, IBM DataStage, Active VOS, ActiveMQ, Supplier Portal, IDQ, AWS)
- Translate client needs into actionable items

**Core Responsibilities**

- Facilitate technical discussions between client stakeholders and offshore team; capture decisions and track closure
- Facilitate support discussion and documentation of technical decisions (led by offshore SMEs)
- Coordinate requirements, dependencies, and risks to support smooth sprint execution
- Act as a triage coordinator for escalations (context gathering, SME routing, status tracking)
- Provide visibility on delivery progress, blockers, and action items
- Facilitate / maintain documentation (decisions, actions, dependencies)

**Delivery Coordination**

- Track sprint-level progress with offshore leads
- Ensure visibility of blockers, dependencies, and risks
- Align CRs, enhancements, and defect priorities with delivery teams
- Coordinate on issues/escalations
- Document, provide updates and report on (decisions, actions, dependencies)

**Stakeholder Engagement**

- Participate in client meetings for clarifications and follow-ups
- Represent *** from a coordination and communication standpoint
