PIM Architect

Location: Chicago, IL – Onsite

Job Overview

We are looking for a PIM Architect to coordinate between client stakeholders and offshore technical teams. The role involves understanding PIM-related requirements, facilitating technical discussions, tracking delivery progress, managing issues and dependencies, and ensuring effective communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical discussions between client stakeholders and offshore teams.

• Understand requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.

• Track sprint progress, priorities, blockers, risks, and dependencies.

• Coordinate change requests, enhancements, defects, and escalations.

• Route technical issues to the appropriate SMEs and track them through resolution.

• Maintain documentation for decisions, actions, dependencies, and technical discussions.

• Participate in client meetings and provide status updates.

• Ensure clear communication between onsite stakeholders and offshore delivery teams.

• Support delivery governance and coordination activities.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of PIM P360.

• Experience with IBM DataStage, Active VOS, ActiveMQ, Supplier Portal, IDQ, and AWS.

• Understanding of PIM architecture, data integration, and enterprise data environments.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with requirements coordination and technical documentation.

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and sprint-based delivery.

• Strong issue, risk, dependency, and escalation management skills.

• Ability to work effectively with onsite and offshore teams.

• Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
