Location: Duluth, Georgia – Hybrid (3 Days/week from Office)
Duration: 6 months


Salary Range: $50.00 - $52.00/Hour on W2 (Without Benefits).

  • Overall Experience Required is 10+ years.

  • Experience collaborating with UX, architecture, development, data, integration, QE, security, SRE/operations, business SMEs, and product owners in Agile delivery.
  • Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, analytical thinking, documentation, stakeholder management, and decision-driving skills.
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

  • Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, analytical thinking, documentation, stakeholder management, and decision-driving skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Act as the PIM/PXM domain lead for assigned workstreams and provide functional direction across discovery, design, build, testing, migration, and rollout.
  • Lead workshops with merchants, site-merchandising teams, product owners, operations, and technology SMEs to validate pain points, business rules, controls, exceptions, and target outcomes.
  • Define future-state capabilities for product onboarding, item setup, enrichment, attribution, taxonomy/navigation, PDP management, workflow/approvals, data quality, governance, and event-driven publishing.
  • Create and maintain functional artefacts including capability maps, process flows, domain/data definitions, user journeys, personas, requirement traceability, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and decision logs.
  • Partner with solution and data architects to align functional requirements with domain boundaries, data models, APIs, events, integrations, migration, security, and audit requirements.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis across custom-build and product-platform options; document configuration, customization, integration, data, operating-model, and adoption implications.
  • Support backlog prioritization and MVP/release definition using business value, dependency, risk, data readiness, user impact, and operational-readiness criteria.
  • Define data-quality rules, validation thresholds, ownership/stewardship, exception workflows, reconciliation, lineage, and operational controls for product information.
  • Collaborate with UX teams on intuitive merchant and administrator experiences, including bulk operations, saved queries, dashboards, exception handling, and productivity improvements.
  • Support test strategy and execution by reviewing scenarios, test data, traceability, defect triage, end-to-end flows, UAT readiness, and business acceptance.
  • Support product-data migration and cutover planning, including mapping, cleansing, deduplication, transformation, reconciliation, trial runs, coexistence, and rollback considerations.
  • Provide functional input to solution demonstrations, POCs, estimation, risks and assumptions, change requests, training material, operating procedures, and transition-to-support plans.
  • Identify automation and AI opportunities while ensuring explainability, review controls, data protection, measurable value, and safe human oversight.
  • Communicate status, functional decisions, dependencies, risks, and recommendations clearly to business and technology stakeholders.
Generic Managerial Skills
  • Strong stakeholder management with business leadership, product owners, architects, delivery teams, and vendor/product teams.
  • Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive outcome-based execution across multiple workstreams and dependencies.
  • Excellent communication skills for executive updates, steering committee materials, status reporting, and customer-facing discussions.
  • Strong risk, issue, dependency, scope, and change-control management discipline.
  • Experience leading geographically distributed teams across onsite/offshore models.
  • Ability to balance delivery execution with strategic roadmap thinking and proposal/business case inputs.
  • Strong facilitation skills for workshops, backlog grooming, release planning, milestone reviews, and decision forums.
