THIS IS A ROTATING SHIFT OF DAYS AND NIGHTS
RESPONSIBILITIES The Warper is responsible for operating warping equipment to prepare yarn beams for weaving. This role ensures correct yarn tension, accurate threading, quality standards, and safe machine operation. The associate monitors the warping process, performs routine adjustments, and maintains documentation in alignment with Milliken production, quality, and safety expectations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
WORK ENVIRONMENT Exposure to moving equipment, fibers, noise, and standard manufacturing conditions. Required use of PPE such as safety glasses, wearing of safety shoes, hearing protection, and cut-resistant gloves when applicable.
