Responsibilities:
• Operate all heavy equipment safely and take action to prevent any and all unsafe actions or behaviors • Perform daily equipment inspections • Use of equipment for backfilling, loading, excavating, and stockpiling • Operate equipment in tight residential and commercial environments • Must be willing to do physical labor • Troubleshoot and problem solve situations, problems, equipment operation, and repair, etc. • Monitor and discuss production problems with managers and supervisors • Timely and regular attendance is an essential requirement • Perform other duties as directed by supervisor
Minimum Qualifications:
Job requires steady to intermittent and repetitive physical activity, including standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, walking on uneven ground, lifting, carrying, pushing, shoveling, and raking. Must be willing to work flexible shifts. Must be willing to travel if job requires. Must be willing to work in all weather conditions.
Drivers license but a CDL is a preferred. Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background.
