Pipe Fitter - Sanitary Process

PPS is seeking an experienced Sanitary Process Pipe Fitter to join a growing manufacturer specializing in custom stainless steel process skid systems for the food, beverage, dairy, and pharmaceutical industries.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience fitting sanitary stainless steel piping, valve manifolds, and process equipment who takes pride in precision craftsmanship and high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Layout, measure, cut, and fit stainless steel sanitary tubing and piping
• Assemble valve manifolds and custom process skid systems
• Fit and align stainless steel process tanks and vessels
• Read P&IDs, isometric drawings, and fabrication blueprints
• Prepare precision fit-ups for sanitary TIG welding
• Verify dimensions and maintain sanitary fabrication standards
• Follow 3-A, FDA, and ASME BPE requirements
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sanitary process pipe fitting experience
• Experience with sanitary stainless steel tubing and piping
• Ability to read fabrication drawings and P&IDs
• Experience fitting valve manifolds and process equipment
• Knowledge of Tri-Clamp, Bevel Seat, and sanitary process connections
• Experience in food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, or biotech manufacturing preferred
