Pipe layers are responsible for the safety, pace, and integrity of all mainline pipe crews.

Pipe layers are generally in this position for 3–4 years before moving into an operator or crew lead role. Pipe layers may be asked to train new pipe layers before advancing into a new position. Position advancement has several determining factors, depending on individual cases. Additional questions about the position or advancement opportunities may be discussed with your recruiter if selected for an interview.

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
<\/p>
Applicants must be legally able to work in the United States of America or provide a valid work visa.
<\/p>
Applicants must read and speak fluent English in order to communicate with other team members.
<\/p>
Applicants must be able to understand and utilize basic mathematics.
<\/p>
Applicants must be able to pass a company physical for employment.
<\/p>
Applicants must pass a hair follicle drug test and subsequent drug tests throughout their employment.
<\/p>
Applicants must have a reliable means of transportation and be able to travel when required.
<\/p>
Applicants may have to pass a background check, depending on the project.
<\/p>
Experience is preferred but not required.
