• Safely operate front-end loaders and other heavy machinery to move materials like pipe and structures.
• Read and interpret construction prints and plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Organize the job site and coordinate with others team members to manage materials effectively.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating heavy machinery in a construction setting.
• Ability to read and interpret construction prints and plans.
• Strong understanding on how to load and unload materials from trucks, ensuring efficient movement and practices.
