Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Pipe Fitter to join a manufacturing and fabrication team in Claremore, OK. This role is responsible for installing, assembling, fitting, and maintaining piping systems while ensuring all work meets project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

The ideal Pipe Fitter has strong blueprint-reading skills, experience working with piping systems, and the ability to perform precise layout, measurement, and assembly work in an industrial environment.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous pipe fitting, mechanical, industrial, or construction experience required
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
Knowledge of piping systems, materials, fittings, and installation methods
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIRED
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Install and assemble piping systems, valves, fittings, and related components
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
Measure, cut, thread, fit, and bend pipe to required dimensions
Inspect piping systems for leaks, defects, and proper operation
Repair or replace damaged or worn piping components as needed
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment when required
Ensure all work complies with safety standards, project requirements, and applicable codes
Collaborate with welders, supervisors, and production personnel to complete projects efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
Preferred Qualifications
Trade school training or pipe fitting apprenticeship
Industry certifications related to pipe fitting or fabrication
Experience in industrial manufacturing, fabrication, refinery, commercial, or construction environments
Welding or fabrication experience is a plus
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED required
Trade school or apprenticeship training preferred
Relevant certifications may be required depending on project assignments
Previous industrial, commercial, manufacturing, or construction experience preferred
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and piping components
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work throughout the shift
Ability to work in industrial environments and around fabrication equipment
Comfortable working in varying temperatures and production conditions
Work Environment

Exposure to piping systems, fabrication equipment, welding operations, and industrial materials
