Pay Range: $27.00 - $33.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits
Cleveland, Ohio area manufacturer is seeking to hire an experienced Pipe Welder Fitter / Underground Utilities to perform welding, fitting, and underground construction applications.
REQUIREMENTS
High School Graduate, GED, Vocational School and/or higher-level education
Perform maintenance on distribution energy piping networks and underground manhole components
Troubleshooting / diagnose issues with HVAC/distribution functions, including valves, traps, and pressure-reducing valves (PRVs)
Valid driver's license & willing to work outside 95% of time
Skilled with stick welding / fitting (6G certified) with 2+ years' hands-on experience or equivalent outside experience and capable of final field "fit ups”
Capable of running and operating heavy construction equipment
Skilled to thread and assemble pipe fitting, valves, steam traps, steam and chilled water controls, etc.
Operate, blowers, pumps, air compressors, jack hammers, power equipment and manual transmission vehicles
Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
