Pipe Welder Mig & Flux

We are seeking a skilled Pipe Welder with experience in multiple welding processes and pipe configurations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in performing high-quality welds on various pipe sizes and schedules, including both positional and pinwheel welding techniques. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a shop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) on pipe systems
• Execute pinwheel (rolled) and positional welds on 6” pipe ranging from Schedule 40 to Schedule 160
• Perform TIG welding on 2” pipe with full penetration and high-quality standards
• Interpret welding symbols, blueprints, and specifications
• Ensure all welds meet required codes and quality standards
• Maintain welding equipment and ensure a safe, clean work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of in-shop welding experience
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Fluxcore welding processes
• Experience welding on pipe in both pinwheel and positional configurations
• Ability to weld 6” pipe (Schedule 40–160) and 2” pipe using TIG
• Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and safety practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and weld procedures
