Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on pipe welding experience.
- Shipyard/marine or heavy industrial welding experience preferred.
- 5 years of shipyard experience is a plus.
- Must have Flux-Core (FCAW) experience welding carbon steel pipe.
- Must have TIG/GTAW experience welding stainless steel pipe.
- Experience with GTAW/TIG, SMAW/Stick, and FCAW welding processes.
- Must be able to read and interpret isometrics, blueprints, engineering drawings, and welding symbols.
- Must understand proper joint preparation and pipe fit-up/alignment.
- Must be able to clean and prepare weld joints and remove slag/spatter using grinders and chipping hammers.
- Must be capable of producing precision, quality welds on piping systems.
- Must be able to pass required hands-on pipe welding test.
Shifts:
- Monday to Friday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Overtime offered!
