Pipe Welder Night Shift
Pay:$20.00 $38.00 per hour (DOE) Location:Tulsa, OK 74107 Shift:Night Shift | 4: 00 PM 2: 30 AM (10-Hour Shifts) Shift Differential:Available Job Type:Temp-to-Hire Job Order #:125661 Position Overview We are seeking experienced Pipe Welders to join a growing manufacturing team in Tulsa. This position is responsible for performing high-quality pipe welding using MIG, Flux Core, and TIG welding processes while ensuring all work meets company, customer, and industry quality standards.
The ideal candidate has previous pipe welding experience, can read fabrication drawings, and takes pride in producing quality welds in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Weld Test Requirements Candidates must successfully complete a hands-on welding test (up to 3 hours) that includes:
6"Schedule 80 Coupon 6G position at a 45 angle using MIG and Flux Core 2"Extra Heavy Wall Pipe 6G position using TIG Additional testing may include: X-Ray Inspection Bend Test Required Experience & Skills Previous pipe welding experience required Ability to pass all required weld tests and quality inspections Experience with MIG, Flux Core, and TIG welding processes ASME welding experience preferred but not required Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform pipe welding according to project specifications and welding procedures Complete welds using MIG, Flux Core, and TIG welding processes Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and code compliance Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety policies and welding procedures Meet production schedules while maintaining exceptional workmanship Work independently and as part of a fabrication team Preferred Qualifications ASME pipe welding experience Previous experience in industrial pipe fabrication or manufacturing Strong blueprint reading and layout skills Ability to consistently produce X-ray quality welds Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Frequent use of welding equipment and fabrication tools Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE Work Environment Industrial pipe fabrication facility Fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on quality and safety Night shift with shift differential available Team-oriented workplace with opportunities for long-term growth Why You'll Want This Opportunity Competitive pay based on experience ($20.00 $38.00 per hour) Night shift differential available Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Opportunity to work on advanced pipe fabrication projects Stable manufacturing environment with career advancement potential Ready to Apply?
