Pipefitter - Skilled

We are seeking experienced Pipefitters to fabricate and install piping systems for advanced submarines.

• Responsibilities include measuring, fitting, bending, and installing various piping systems carrying liquids and gases under tight tolerances.
• Work involves welded, brazed, or mechanically fastened joints with systems such as hydraulic, lube oil, steam, seawater, and potable water.
• Perform system grooming for inspections, repairs using freeze seals, and work in confined or restricted spaces.
• 
  Qualifications:
  
• High School diploma or GED, or 2+ years relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of pipefitting or related mechanical experience.
• Ability to work all shifts, interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and work in various environments including radiological areas.
• Must possess basic hand tools and be willing to accept road assignments.
