Pipeline Project Manager / Estimator

 We need someone experienced who can step in and hit the ground running handling both project management and estimating.

Responsibilities

• Manage pipeline construction projects from estimating through project close-out

• Prepare detailed cost estimates including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors

• Review drawings, specifications, and bid packages to develop competitive proposals

• Track project schedules, budgets, and overall performance

• Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, and vendors

• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams

• Identify risks and ensure safe, efficient project execution

• Assist in project handoff from estimating to field operations

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in pipeline, oil & gas, or construction project management

• Proven experience in both project management and estimating

• Strong knowledge of pipeline construction and field operations

• Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
