Now hiring Senior Service Technicians
We're seeking a Senior Service Technician with a "Whatever It Takes" mindset to join our team! In this full-time role, you'll bring passion and integrity to your craft keeping our apartment community up to company standards and code while creating a welcoming home where residents feel valued and supported. You'll work alongside a respectful, collaborative team and take pride in delivering quality service every day. As the SeniorService Technician, you will help to:
Be responsible for trouble-shooting service issues including, but not limited to, HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
Maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance with company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws
Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance service tickets
Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staff regarding repairs and updates
Compensation & Incentive
Base Pay: $22.00-$25.00
Up to 50% Rent Discount
Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions
Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly
On-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phone

Schedule
Monday - Friday
Paid rotating on-call participation required
Must be available and prepared for emergency events

What We’ll Expect From You
Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle
HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred
One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
