    Position Summary
    We are looking to hire a consultant to join our client's team. As a Consultant within the Value Pricing & Market practice, you will help lead or be part of a team of Associates & Life Sciences Consultants on project team – working with Partners and Principals you will:
    • Interact with clients to understand problems, and develop and refine hypotheses to test
    • Structure research and analysis to address complex strategic and analytical problems that constitute the core of the team's work
    • Lead the daily operations of project teams in executing and synthesizing analyses into key findings and actionable recommendations and participate in delivering these recommendations to our clients

Almost all of their studies combine sophisticated quantitative analytics with significant qualitative fact-finding and synthesis to inform strategic decision-making.     Desired Skills and Experience
    The ideal candidate for the Consultant position will:
    • Have demonstrated excellence during their academic career (MBA or post-graduate degree is preferred but not required).
    • Previous employment experiences (minimum 3-5 years of full-time work experience) with other top-tier consulting firms or within the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industries.
    • Strong competitive analysis and scenario planning skills; participation in the development of innovative strategies and plans based on a deep understanding of long-term trends, industry/category value drivers, payer, physician and patient needs, technological advances, competitive behavior, etc.
    • Proven analytic abilities and presentation skills
    • Team management and project management experience
    • Team-oriented attitude is essential.
    • A working knowledge of the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is also a prerequisite.
