The Role
The Piping Engineering Designer will be responsible for design work supporting small facility-based projects in an active chemical manufacturing plant. The role involves meeting or exceeding the company's safety standards, complying with all company procedures and engineering practices, and working closely with project team members to achieve project success.
Authorization to work permanently in the U.S. without sponsorship is required. There is no paid relocation offered for this position.

Expected:
5-10+ years industrial experience working in the design field
Chemical Manufacturing or Related Industry Experience is required
Experience with design of piping & mechanical systems
Equipment Placement
Drawings Verification - Updates for "As-Builts"
Experience with Stress Analysis is a plus
Field Design Experience
Able to wear required PPE
Operate Vehicles safely to jobsite
Climb Ladders and Stairs
Field measurement
Work Environment
Proficiency in MicroStation is required
Proficiency in Microsoft, Word, Excel and Outlook
