    Job Description

    Your day on the move

    You clock in at 6:00 AM and power up your forklift. By 2:30 PM, you’ve helped keep products flowing, schedules on track, and the warehouse safe and organized. That’s the heartbeat of this role.

    Schedule

    6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday

    What you'll do

    • Run advanced packing equipment to keep inbound and outbound timelines on target.
    • Team up to load and unload trailers and staging areas efficiently.
    • Use a forklift to move palletized or crated materials across the facility.
    • Pick, pack, verify, and stage orders; load and unload to/from designated locations and trailers.
    • Stack and store freight in the correct bays per inventory-control directions.
    • Complete forms and required documentation with accuracy; maintain production records.
    • Inspect equipment, perform routine upkeep, and call out repair needs immediately.
    • Report safety hazards and quality/production concerns to leadership without delay.
    • Follow company policies and safety standards to sustain a clean, orderly workplace.
    • Review processes and suggest improvements for better flow and results.
    • Perform additional tasks as needed to support operations.

    Education & experience

    • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
    • 1+ year of relevant warehouse/material handling experience.
    • Familiarity with RF scanners is preferred.
    • OSHA forklift certification or proven forklift operating experience preferred.

    • Detail focus, basic computer proficiency, and solid math skills.
    • Problem-solver with a strong work ethic; able to take direction from multiple supervisors.
    • Highly organized; comfortable prioritizing in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
    • Can follow standardized work with high repetition; open to cross-training.
    • Willing to work overtime when needed.
