PIT Operator / Forklift Operator - Perris, CA

In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting warehouse operations. What You'll Do: 

• Safely operate powered industrial trucks and order pickers to move, stack, push, pull, lift, and transport products, equipment and materials 

• Load and unload trailers efficiently to support daily warehouse operations 

• Use handheld scanners to track inventory and maintain accurate records 

• Perform inbound receiving activities and verify shipments 

• Follow established safety procedures and quality standards 

• Support process improvement initiatives and operational excellence 

• Maintain a clean, organized workspace by adhering to the 7S program 

What We're Looking For: 

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience 

• Training and certification in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks 

• High school diploma or GED 

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when needed 

• Strong attention to safety, quality, and accuracy 

• Positive collaboration with team members and warehouse leadership 

• Strong communication skills with peers and leadership 

This position requires the ability to: 

• Frequently lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift more than 75 lbs. 

• Handle products of various sizes, shapes, and weights 

• Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull throughout the shift 

• Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods 

• Use hands and fingers to operate equipment and tools 

• Work in varying warehouse temperatures, including hot and cold environments 

Schedule & Pay 

• 1st Shift: $22.25/hour

  2nd Shift: $23.75/hour

  3rd Shift: $24.25/hour

• Overtime: Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs

Pay Details: $22.25 to $24.25 per hour
