Location: Marana, AZ
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 1st and 2nd shift

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sit-down Forklift Associates to join our team. In this role, you will safely operate powered industrial equipment, support inventory and receiving activities, and help maintain an efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate has forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Essential Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to move, stack, load, and unload materials.
• Use handheld scanners to accurately track inventory and warehouse transactions.
• Load and unload trailers as needed.
• Perform inbound receiving processes.
• Follow all safety policies and warehouse procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment following 7S standards.
• Demonstrate a commitment to process excellence and quality standards.
• Work effectively with team members and leadership to meet operational goals.

Qualifications

Required:

• Able to meet clients' hiring requirements
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Experienced in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift more than 75 lbs.
• Lift, move, and handle objects of various sizes and weights.
• Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull throughout the shift.
• Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
• Use hands and fingers to handle tools, equipment, and materials.
• Work comfortably in hot and cold warehouse environments.
