Position Overview

SupplyHouse in Dayton, NJ is hiring Warehouse Workers with PIT Operator experience to support daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, picking/packing, staging, and material movement. This role is ideal for someone who is safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable operating warehouse equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) such as Order Picker/Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, Forklift, and/or Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) (as assigned)
• Pick product accurately using RF scanners and warehouse location systems
• Move, stage, and replenish inventory to support outbound shipping and warehouse flow
• Load/unload, transport, and stack product safely throughout the facility
• Perform daily equipment safety checks and report any issues immediately
• Assist with packing, labeling, palletizing, wrapping, and staging completed orders
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety policies and warehouse procedures at all times

Qualifications

• PIT operating experience preferred (order picker/cherry picker, reach, forklift, EPJ, etc.)
• Ability to work at a steady pace while meeting accuracy and productivity expectations
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation)
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable attendance—must be able to work the scheduled shift consistently

Physical / Work Environment

• Warehouse environment with frequent movement throughout the shift
• Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and carrying
• May include temperature variation depending on season
