– Becoming a master at spinning dough in an open kitchen; our customers love this, they will cheer for you (not really), but you can wink or smile

– Monitor exact temperatures and cooking times for our notoriously delicious, stone-baked pizzas

– Be comfortable talking to coworkers and guests; we need your commitment to furthering the Mellow vibe with everyone

– Help us continually innovate our menu by trying new recipes—ours and yours

– Follow our recipes to exact detail; weigh and measure ingredients to proper specifications

– Clean and sanitize all work surfaces and utensils/equipment; we pride ourselves on strict standards for food safety
