National Pizza Chain is seeking an experienced Store Manager who is used to working hands-on training staff, overseeing daily operations, hiring and sheduling staff, ensuring food quality, controlling inventory, and driving customer satisfaction and profitability. Pay & Schedule:
- Pay: $22-$29/hr based on experience
- Schedule: 5 day a week schedule
Responsibilities:
- Balancing staff management, culinary oversight, and financial performance
- Daily Operations Management
- Staff supervision
- Inventory and Supply Management
- Financial Oversight: track sales, manage budgets, etc.
- Marketing and Promotions: Develop and execute marketing strategies
- Compliance and Safety
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of verifiable work history in similar role (restaurant operations)
- Financial literacy, including budgeting, cost control, and sales analysis
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to adapt and multi task in fast-paced environment
Benefits:
- 50% of Major Medical paid. Available after 90 days
- Vacation Pay- available after 1 year
- 20 hrs of sick pay accrued per year beginning after 90 days
