Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to established recipes and standards
Stretch, assemble, and bake pizzas with consistency and attention to presentation
Operate pizza ovens safely and efficiently, monitoring cook times and temperatures
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including proper food storage and inventory rotation
Ensure all pizzas meet quality, portion, and timing standards before service
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to maintain smooth service flow
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health code regulations
Assist with prep, cleaning, and additional kitchen duties as assigned
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Pizza Chef or in a high-volume pizza kitchen
Strong knowledge of dough handling, pizza assembly, and oven operations
High attention to detail and consistency in food preparation
Ability to multitask and perform efficiently during high-volume service
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for portioning and inventory awareness
