Pizza Clerk (BOH)

Come join our family at Uncle Giuseppe's Marketplace as a Pizza (BOH) Clerk for our busy department. This position will be responsible for making pizza dough for our gourmet pizzas, zeppoles and garlic knots, following our gourmet recipes. This individual will also prep our fresh ingredients for our pizza makers.

Responsibilities

• Will follow pizza dough recipes as provided by our store management/department manager
• Will place prepared dough in appropriate storage containers/spaces as directed by the department manager
• Other duties and functions as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic understanding of how a pizza kitchen operates, functionality of hot pizza ovens in a busy environment
• A strong attention to detail in a busy environment
• Ability to work assigned schedules including weekends and holidays
