About the Role:
Christopher's Pizza in Carolina Shores, NC is looking for a passionate and skilled Pizza Cook to join our kitchen team! Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook pizzas and menu items to order, following established recipes and quality standards
• Stretch, top, and bake pizzas using proper dough handling techniques
• Operate and maintain pizza ovens, ensuring consistent cook times and temperatures
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation before sending orders out
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards
• Assist with prepping ingredients, sauces, and toppings at the start of each shift
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a pizza cook, line cook, or in a similar kitchen role preferred
• Knowledge of dough handling, pizza preparation, and oven operation
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency
• Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
