Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh toppings and stretch dough to assemble pizzas, calzones, and sides quickly and accurately
• Monitor ovens to ensure pizzas are baked perfectly every time
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation following strict hygiene and safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members to manage rush periods and ensure timely order delivery
• Follow recipes and plating instructions precisely to maintain quality and consistency
• Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to enhance customer experience
• Demonstrate professionalism and focus during shifts to represent Milano’s Pizza positively in the community

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
