We're seeking a skilled culinary professional to manage our busy pizza station in our semi-year-round Italian restaurant, where you'll craft both signature specialty pizzas and custom creations for our guests.

Your Role:
As our Pizza Cook, you will:

• Operate and manage the pizza station during service, maintaining high-quality standards and consistency
• Prepare specialty pizzas from our menu with precision and attention to detail
• Execute custom pizzas based on guest preferences while maintaining food safety and quality standards
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during peak service times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and equipment
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations
• Follow all food handling and safety protocols

What We're Looking For:
You should have proven experience as a pizza cook or similar pizza-making role, with strong knowledge of dough preparation, wood-fired or traditional oven techniques, and pizza assembly. We value reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude in a team environment.
