Flamez Wood Fired Pizza in Blackwood, NJ is looking for a passionate and skilled Pizza Cook to join our fired-up team! Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook pizzas using a wood-fired oven to achieve consistent, high-quality results
• Stretch, top, and assemble pizzas according to menu recipes and customer specifications
• Monitor oven temperatures and manage cook times to ensure perfectly fired pies
• Prep ingredients including dough, sauces, toppings, and garnishes for daily service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth, efficient service during peak hours
• Follow food safety and handling guidelines at all times

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a pizza cook, line cook, or in a similar kitchen role preferred
• Familiarity with wood-fired or high-temperature oven cooking is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-heat kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
